FEES
We only get paid when you get paid.
MAZI LAW personal injury lawyers, serving Toronto, North York, and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), will provide a FREE initial consultation to injured persons.
If we are retained, it is generally on a contingency fee basis, which means we get paid legal fees based on the amount of the settlement, benefits, and award we win for our clients.
You will NOT pay any monies upfront and that’s a promise to all of our personal injury clients.
There is no payment until our clients get paid. Once a client of ours is paid, by award or settlement, we charge a percentage of the payment as fees for our legal services. We have a vested interest, in addition to our professional duty to our clients, to do well for our clients.
In the unlikely event that there is no compensation, we will not bill any legal fees to our client.
