We reversed the Insurer’s denial for chiropractic treatments because it provides pain relief.

In B.B. v Aviva Insurance Company, we successfully fought and won against the insurance company who had wrongfully denied reasonable and necessary chiropractic treatments for our client.

In this case, the Tribunal agreed with Mr. Mortezaei’s submissions that “pain relief has been accepted as a legitimate goal for treatment.”
